Angry Here I go again!

I was doing so well, but having horrible cravings and bad backaches. I felt so bad today that I just said 'to heck with it' ( was having a bad day, anyway) and gave in. Milk shake, shortbread cookies with chocolate, sugar and coffe with caffeine! Yeah! Now I feel better.... Oh well, that's how the craving wagon drags down the road, isn't it? Back on induction tomorrow - starting ALL OVER! It's more important that I conquer the cravings and lose weight than that I get to indulge.

I know what you are talking about. I usually get the cravings when I'm making dinner for my family. As, I'm cleaning up after dinner one side says come on and the other says no its only food. I don't give in but am usually cranky to everyone and I go to bed early. The cravings are gone in the morning and I feel great that I didn't cheat. Which gives me strength for the next time. Dieting is a character building experience.

Hey there, Mermaid! How long have you been on the low carb diet? For me, it's been less than 2 weeks (this time around). It's awful to be addicted to something I need to survive!
