It opened my eyes for sure. I won't touch it now unless I accidentally eat something I did not realize had a small touch of wheat. Makes all the difference in how I feel!

To my knowledge I have had no wheat/wheat products since September. But who knows, they probably managed to sneak a little into something I ate. I have no idea what though.

I don't miss it because I still have it.

I eat whatever I want, in terms of 'food', but my definition of food has chsnged to basically meats and fats. The only non animal products I eat are nuts, some veggies, and condiments.

In terms of 'junk', every few months, if I want to, I go to mcdonalds or taco bell. But, I get back on track. I'm not doing this for weight loss, I'm doing it for life, and watching the weight loss as it comes on its own. I've worked myself into a comfortable rut, for the most part.
