Hiu Turtle,

First, come to terms with the fact we all may fall of the wagon, and no use beating our selves up about it

Second, best cure is to go back on a very strict low-carb mode for 2 weeks, this should cure the cravings that oftem result from cheating.

Good luck

Wa'il

Hi Turtle!
You didn't ruin ANYTHING!!!! You are human... and the first 2 weeks are rough until the cravings let up!!!

Wipe the crumbs off your face and jump right back on the wagon!!

Just keep at it til you get it right!! Everybody has slid here and there--- you just get back at it.

I would be happy to be your buddy! Have only been at this for 6 wks though-- but I CAN give you lots of encouragement!!

Tomorrow is DAY 1---- GO!!!!

I'll be watching for you!!

Ellie

Now I guess you understand the term "carb addict" better. It is not just a phrase - it truly is an addiction. But, it is an addiction that can be broken. Get rid of all the high carb stuff in your house. You can't eat what isn't there. And now, jump back on that wagon.
Consider it a learning experience. Don't beat yourself up over it. It really does get easier with time.
