Newbie from Ontario

Looking for a buddy. I live 45 min. west of London. Im working on losing 10 lbs a month max. but will not be disappointed if I lose a minimum of 5 lbs. at a time. My goal is to be 125 by the time I turn 45 in June 2010. If you do the math that is about 16 oz a day loss or 5 lbs a month. I can handle that.
