I truly wouldn't worry about it.

When I first started - back in 2002 - I had the same worry that the multi I was taking had sucrose in it, so asked the question here. And I was told no, no, sugar bad, bad! So I put them in the cupboard and bought some new ones, which I can see could be a tad difficult for you! But the more I think about that teeny bit of sugar in each pill, the more I think that squinchy speck of carb per pill can not possibly bother you.

Mind you, I also wouldn't worry about taking a multivitamin, despite what the good doctor said. If you are eating fresh meat, fish, eggs, cheese and veg, you'll be getting all the vitamin requirements you need. Or maybe I'm just a rebel.

I think you'll do just fine with or without it.
