The toning moves are kind of involved so it would be hard to list all of them on here but one that I thought was kind of cool is one that Julia Robert's does and it tones your butt and thighs. It's called a T-Pose. You need to have 10 playing cards and be holding them in your right hand. Stand with your feet together. Keeping your hands in front of your chest lift your left leg back and lower your torso forward until your body becomes a T. Maintaining that pose deal one card onto the floor in front of you. Then lower leg and stand up. Repeat until all cards are dealt and the switch legs and hands and pick up the cards one at a time.
