Default Carbohydrate counting computer programs

I seem to remember there is a computer program or a website that helps you count the carbs in a recipe. I have recipes that are good clean food that have all food groups in them (protein, fat, veggies, and good starches) but do not have the nutritional breakdown to make sure I am not eating too little or too much.

Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

www.fitday.com is super for this type of thing. And web accounts are free. You can track your activities, nutritional intake, etc. And the built in database of foods is pretty good sized. Chances are you can find all of your ingredients in there.

Good Luck!
