Default What is Almost Level One?

I keep seeing that in the lastest book on the recipes (I guess I haven't read far enough), and I'm wondering if that's for when you're in between levels or what? Can I eat Almost Level One when I'm on Level 1? Just wondering cuz I'm seeing some recipes that I'd really like to try, but don't want to rock the boat in weight loss.

Hi
I just finished reading her newest book-

Almost Level one is -- level one that you have done for a long time and the body is "MELTING" the fat. You are being successful and doing well on the WOL. You then can "cheat" should you wish and allows for those special events that happen. I>E> birthday cake and special dinners. Chocolate treats, and other choices you make.

She tells you not to cheat all the time and if you want to have chocolate at this level you can, but in moderation. If it is going to be a planned cheat, such as a birthday party, eat lightly (SALAD) and that will compensate slightly for the cake.

Basically, using common sense in eating and eventually, these cheats will affect your loss.

I am glad that I could answer your question.

Default Thanks!

I have been reading over the recipes to and wondering when I am going to be able to eat almost level one but now I know. Thanks again. I have only been doing this for a little over a week. How long before my body rids itself of the carbs and stuff and the weight starts melt off? I feel like this is to good to be true.
