Starting the week at 187! Will I ever get used to seeing a number below 200??
Monday -
-Step class (40 min) I struggled with this class!! sweated something fierce and my face was beet red!! I even had to stop several times! I did use a riser on each side.
-ended with Abs (Im getting better at holding my legs up in the air... maybe im building muscles!!)
Tuesday-
- 40 min toning (everything!!)
I drank about a half cup broth before workout. I felt good...not sure if just a coincidence... I'll try it again tomorrow.
Wednesday -
-40 min step
-abs (top abs are sore from yesterday....)
-floor stretches
Thursday -
NONE at lunch - today is our company Holiday luncheon. So i'll basically be walking across campus to participate in that. My Abs hurt so I'm looking forward to the day off! Oh, and did I mention my Abs hurt....ugh!! lol
Friday -
-30 min slow step
-abs
-stretches
