Default Atkins bread in Portmarnock

There's a bakery in Portmarnock that sells Atkins bread. They have plain ( a bit tasteless), Tomato ( quite good) and Cheese (which I havn't yet tried). It's located across the road from Jus De Vin wine shop ....

Enjoy !

Yeah!!! Thank you for the tip!!

I went on the Seacat this past weekend to Liverpool and forgot the ole Splenda. Then I discovered that they actually had a supply on board.....

Thanks for your post.

that's great!! would you have a name??
I just wrote to tesco's and asked for Atkins-products and Atkins friendly ones, too! I want rusk-free bangers!!

Let's all do that, then they will listen one day!

I wrote a reply to Womans Way the other and they had actually published it. It was a reaction to their stupid way of mentioning Atkins as a bad choice.

If we don't talk, they'll never learn!
