Exclamation Somersizers: 80% Cocoa chocky bars at Costco

I know that Somersizing/Montignac allows chocolate, as long as it is mostly cocoa, which I saw in Costco (Ottawa) 4x100g, 80% Cocoa. I guess I shouldn't say "go nuts." :-)

Red face Bless you BK

Oh my, you know the way to this girls heart! I'll have to head to Costco this weekend! Incidentally, my dad is in maintenance on Suzanne Sommers and he eats a Burnt Almond (Cadbury, I think) chocolate bar, the whole thing, every night!! I can't wait to get there!

Cheers!

You're welcome, I'm sure, Dizz! I know a couple who are starting somersizing, and are finding the combinations a challenge, but getting chocolate as part of the plan seems a fair incentive!
The disadvantage of Costco stocking is that it is accurate for a month, or so, and then if someone does like the sales figures, pfffft, go look elsewhere. FWIW, Bloblaws has Lindt 70% Cocoa bars for $3, but if your Costco has the other (sorry, don't remember the manufacturor) you can snag an extra 10% cocoa for half the price.

Unhappy

I will try to get you the name on Monday, but a few caveats.
1. Costco works on a cost-effective basis, if it doesn't fly at any given store, they won't order/reorder it.
2. There seems to be great variety on what is available in any given area. e.g. Karen (I think) mentioned a protein powder in Costco that has almost 0 carbs. Not availabel at the Costco here.

TTYL, and good luck!

Post Details

OK, these hummers are called:

CeMoi
Le Grand Chocolat
Intense

Their website, BTW is http://www.cemoi.fr
(i.e. imported from France)

As I mentioned in the first message, they are $6.29 Cdn for a sleeve of 4 x 100g bars. Hope you can find them down your way.

Default Cool Beaners

Thanx BK, I don't remeber seeing them when I was at Costco today but I will go back and ask. There are two Costco's in my area so if one doesn't have them, maybe the other will.
