I lost the 2 pounds I gained last week. Yay. I really wish I would lose faster. I have seen so many people who've lost that amount and more in just one week.

I did not go off track on Easter. It's been hard. I actually dreamed about eating Cadbury eggs and Reese's eggs. I just got a whiff of one my son was eating. Omg.

I am not the best person to be giving advice. I have fallen off the wagon so many times...
But I do know that when I am back on track and the scale isn't moving it means that I am getting hidden carbs somewhere.
Also- I can't eat any of the Atkins treats. When I do it significantly slows down my weight loss.

I also have to write down everything I eat because I have a habit of telling myself that I am not eating that much.....

And Thud has really good advice... you can't compare yourself to anyone else

Easter was a hard day for me as well. Candy everywhere and I love me some candy! I made it threw without eating any and I feel really good about that but the darn scale stuck for a few days which was really dishearting. it was like just smelling the candy made the scales stick. I felt like I was starving Monday threw yesterday and went to bed hungry then whoosh this morning the scale dumped 3 pounds. So hang in there if your not journaling then please consider starting its a amazing diet tool. Rereading my journal that this has happened to me before and resulted in a whoosh when I stuck with it and tuffed it out and months off plan with a regain of everything I had lost when I didn,t stick it out, really helped me tuff it out this time with the resulting whoosh this morning

Phantomess - I'm one of those people who have a hard time losing a pound a month, so you're doing a lot better then I am!
