Hi, I'm doing the Cad/Calp diet and live in a small town near the University of Florida. I've been in Florida since '68 starting in Jacksonville for 17 years then moving to a lake farther down the road.Hope i can be of help to you on low carbing. I had great sucess a couple years ago and stopped and gained back 20 of the 35 lost.Now i hope I can do it again and maintain the loss by checking my weight everyday and doing something the minute I see a gain and not wait until it is too many pounds. Hey, Carolyn, I grew up in Naples..! Where abouts are ya?? I graduated from Barron Collier, and lived in North Naples (first Pine Ridge, then Imperial, and finally Audubon...)

not get away. My husband Greg is from Naples. That explains why i
