Default Parallel Bars

I use the parallel bars to do arm and torso (abdominal) exercises. But are there any exercises to be done on the parallel bars to work out the legs/lower body?

Would help if can target the thighs.

Thanks and cheers.

Standing inside the bars, squat with your thighs parallel to the floor and hold until the pain becomes unbearable. Use the bars to pull yourself back to a standing position.

That's known as the Sissy Squat, right?

Any other exercises to share?

Thanks
