Default Explore Asian Organic Black Bean Spaghetti

I just bought these at Bulk Barn last night and made Asian fried noodles with them. I thought they were terrific. The really had no flavour except the spices I added and they had the texture of real spaghetti.

In a 1/4 of the package (50gr) there is 15 carbs and 11 fibre so a net carb total of 4! The only ingredients are organic black beans and water.

The only thing that is a little disconcerting is the colour...black. Because of the black beans.

I think this might become a weekly meal for my family.

I did buy another bag to keep on hand in pantry in case of bad weather, though.
Texture is great!

in the healthfood/ organic aisle at Giant. they had a couple varieties (different types of beans), but the black had lowest carb count, so i got those.

They have them, off and on, at Costco. I really wasn't fond of the taste, though.

Okay I just had them as leftovers and they were not so good. Actually made me gag!

So maybe not part of my weekly diet. May stick to zucchini noodles when I make my Asian "noodles".

Sorry for the misinformation
