Default Cayenne supplements

Does anybody here taken cayenne supplements for his/her candida overgrowth? I started taking a cayenne supplement about a week or two ago and I've finally, after almost four months, had what felt like a normal bowel movement. I don't know if it was definitely because of the cayenne but, if it wasn't, then it's a pretty big coincidence. I know cayenne is supposed to help digestion and help in the elimination of candida. The supplement I take is 40,000 H.U. and I take it three times a day.

I take cayenne (same type and amount as you, $3 per bottle from Wal Mart) as well as using lots of hot chilis in my food. I don't have candida issues, but cayenne and other hot peppers are good for digestion, reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure, improve circulation, high in anti-oxidants, anti-fungal. The list of benefits is so long, it seems too good to be true.

Another supplement that I would suggest for your digestion is aloe vera juice (inner leaf). I use the Fruit of the Earth brand also from Wal Mart (costs about $7 for a half-gallon, which lasts about a month). I take about 2 to 4 ounces twice per day (I don't actually measure it). There is a lot of confusion floating around about internal use of aloe vera. The latex (just under the leaf skin) is an irritant that can be used as a laxative. The inner leaf gel (or juice) is soothing, reduces inflammation and I am very impressed with the effect it has on digestion. Honest... just try it. (I googled it to make sure it is good for candida, and it is). Although it does not act as a laxative, it will improve your regularity and help clear accumulations without any drama or discomfort like the "cleanse" products.

Oh, I sure do miss Wal-Mart.

Those late night shopping trips were oh so much fun and you could always get one heck of a bargain...
