Potassium crash.

That's what I thought, Potassium. In fact I meant to post that or thought I did.
I am the same way and have to take a Potassium prescription. I was dizzy and seeing spots last summer.
About 10 days ago I went off Potassium for 3-4 days and I had horrible muscle weakness and pain(feels like you exercised too much the day before) to the point that my legs were buckling under me twice, two days in a row until it hit me.....Potassium!!!
Within 3-4 hours of taking the supplement, my muscles were coming back to normal.
Some of us can't live without it, literally.
Maybe it's genetic? Who knows?
I have normal BS and BP so IDK?
Now I've also found out that it's the ratio of 2:1 Potassium to salt. If that ratio gets out of balance, that's when the trouble starts.
We loose all our potassium on this WOE, even with eating Avocados, I don't eat enough to add what a daily requirement is.
