Default Is it time for a new scale?

I've been thinking about getting a new digi-scale....so I can keep track of the tenths of pounds I'm gaining or losing everyday. Was looking at this

http://www.amazon.com/EatSmart-Prec...scales+bathroom

what kind of scale do YOU use?

I love my Tanita digital. I've been using this one for almost 10 yrs now and have changed the batteries one time. Very consistent, no body fat calculations, just weight.

Judy, I looked at a few of the body fat ones....and have come to the conclusion that unless you want to spend "big bucks" they are not really accurate. And good lord, keeping track of the "tenths" is OCD enough for me....to have to track Body Fat too.....oyyyyy! LOL!!!

hmmmm and hey if I order it today I can have it by the 1st!!! oh joy!

Yes, body fat on a scale won't be accurate so why bother. You need to use a caliper for that.
As for the tenths of a pound.....its nice to know but its a bit too OCD to focus on for me.

I have one that is branded weight watchers. It was very cheap, not more than 25 dollars at bed bath and beyond. I love it, such a relief after years of my old retro scal that I had to bounce three times on. Best thing other than consistency and one figure is the little switch that let's you go from pounds to kilos. Wow! Oh, also the surface is flat enough that we can weigh suitcases on it.

I use a glass digital one that I got from Walmart for 19.99. It works well enough, I like it.
