I will do a search and start a blog. I know there are a couple of people around who have already asked me what and how I am doing the weight loss thing. So it will be good to direct them to a page with all my bits and info on.

BTW I just came back from Target (dont know if its only in Oz) and bought size 12 shirts, dress pants and a skirt for work. Gosh that was a great feeling to walk to the checkouts with tags displaying size 12 and NOT size 24 which is what i was wearing this time last year.

And yes, I know they are 'vanity sizing' (tagging clothes a size smaller than they did 20 odd years ago), but heck, the tag says what it says !!!!!
