Hey everyone, been a total slacker lately. Quit my job to spend more time with Tyler and my wife. Trying to fit the gym in with my PT hours now. Only have gained about 4 pounds, still looking to drop about 15 more for my next set of after pics. Plan on going to the gym in the evening when wifey gets home. SHould get back on track here shortly. Vacation over July 4th to St. Petersburg, FL should be fun.
Dug out another pair of test shorts. If I get into these, I will be so happy and feel so good. later aligators

Default Just started BFL this week!

Hi, all. Just wanted to check in as a new BFL devotee. I started this week and, while the muscle soreness has been...well....memorable, I am SO glad to have a structure for my workouts that's much more efficient than I had before.

I've been using BFL Success Journal instead of Fitday or the gym logs here, but I plan to pop into some of your journals for inspiration. Anyone in particular feeling like a good inspiration for me?
