I am in North Alabama and am on day 2 of phase 2! I lost 96 pounds on WW 3 years ago. I have gained 15 pounds back. I know it's not THAT much, but I gotta put the brakes on and get serious again. Maintaining is way harder than losing! My hubby lost 50 on the SBD, so I am trying that with him. It is so much easier than being on 2 different diets!
kewl....I am in East Central Alabama. Lived here all my life. I lost on SB last year but gained it back when I gave up........I am not going to give up this time.........good to hear from another Alabamian..........good luck
I'm from Bama also, I live in the Southern part of the state. Unfortunately I'm not a beach person.
I started back on lowcarb the 1st of the month after attempting several times in 05'. I'm down 9 lbs in 15 days which is a lil dissapointing because I figured I would lose more than that but on the other hand I'm so happy that i'm finaly losing. Two foods that have made me stall are cheese and pork rinds. So i'm staying far far away from those foods completely.
Hi, I'm near Montgomery. Have done Atkins before (for 4 years) and stupidly got off. Now I have to lose some of it again. Down 10 lbs in 1st 2 weeks. Happy to share info and experieces with anyone.

I started low-carbing in 1999 and lost a bunch of weight...then stopped to get pregnant and have a baby...now I'm back to lose the rest of the weight and reach my goal.
Thanks, Kimmie! I did low carb before and lost about 25lbs then went off and gained that and more back. This time I've decided to make it a life-style change. Plus....I've added exercise to my plan this time.
