Hey im 16 been coming here for bout a week before joining. The only diet im on is Atkins been on it for 2 months. im 6 ft 143 pnds used to be 6 ft 185 i wieght train 3 times a week and do cardio for at least an hour everyday usually more bout 2 hours.
