Hi---This is my first posting...I've been on Atkins for 4 months and have lost 23 pounds. But I've been stuck around 150 for 3 weeks and am anxious to see that 14- on the scale. Have been exercising 3-4 times a week...Hope I'll be off this plateau soon
23 pounds gone is great - and you body usually will take a bit of a break after the initial loss, and sometimes it needs to take a longer breadk. Doesn;t necesarily mean you are doing this wrong! I wouldn't stop and change anything different until you;ve stall for at least 608 weeks.
Thanks for the encouragement...I shouldn't focus so much on the number I know, because I still feel as if my body is changing...I want this to be a lifestyle and not just a phase.
