Hi,

Thanks Lettalove for your response. Today, I wil go out a by "snacks", meats, cheese or something to have at nigiht to help me let go of my night eater syndrome.

I think it is time for me to get out my Atkins Book. Years and years ago I went on the Stillman Diet which is similar to Atkins and lost about 40 lbs. with no problem at all for the most part.

I have a new basket of fruit on the table which was a gift from my son for Thanksgiving. I guess I'll have to give the fruit back to him.

Again, Thank you

Night-eatress

Hey there! Just wanted to say, you're not alone.... I def also have a problem with binging, esp at night, and make up all sorts of excuses like "well, at least its healthy food" or "hey, its low carb" or "i'm not THAT fat...." yeah right. But, u know what? My therapist says that groups are often the best way to target such EDs so joining this forum is def a big step! I'm also trying to plan out my weekly menues to see if that helps at all
