Question Home made pork rinds?

Karen is it feasible to try to make my own pork rinds?
I believe they are available in a few places here, but I'm yet to track them down.
If they are fairly easy to make (let me stress that easy ), could you give some instructions please?

Alas, they're not easy at all. The rinds are dried out, then deep fried or puffed by hot air.

Have you tried looking in South East Asian grocery stores for them? I know there is a fairly large SEA population in Australia and most SEA countries eat them.

Well there goes that idea!

I've only tried supermarkets so far (some do carry them - about 3 in Australia I suspect!) but I'll try Asian shops next.
Yes, we have a large SE Asian population here.
Thanks, Karen!
