Hi Kevin. Wow, you have a lot of exercise sessions in one day. Did you just begin exercising, or have you used it as part of your program for a while? Did you have to work up to that amount of exercise? Either way, you're doing a great job!

No I didn't just start, I have been doing this since I started LCing back in May. But I was slacking over the last month so to get myself back into it I started writing it down here. Previous to finding this forum, I used to keep a daily log of what I ate and exercise in a program that came with my One Touch Glucose meter. I will alway standby the assertion that exercise 3 time a day without fail is what helped me lose my weight so fast.

Hi, Blondie,
Actually it a cheap way to get a simular result as you do from weights.
I hate the thought of spending money to go to the gym and to outfit your home with equipment can be a press on your wallet too so I have opted for the cheaper forms of exercise.
abs lounge.....under $100
recumbent bike.....$159
cardiofit ..........I've had for over 10 years now and dont remember the cost but think it was under $200 on sale at Sears
and my bands and tubs.......again under $100
