AtKINS GOLF ?! Hourra.
Ok ok... this is not really a fat loss milestone, but it's connected.
I played golf for the first time this season, ON ATKINS, thank you very much.
So... usually, I need to eat at hole number 10 because I feel weak, but since I'm doing ATKINS I don't need to eat anymore, because I have TONS of energy and don't feel hunger. I did drink 2 litres of water during the game. :-)
The best is that I played 87 n 18 holes ! This is one of my best rounds in years.
Hmmm... thank you dear Dr. Atkins for improving my golf game.
