I was 139.8 lbs this morning. I haven't seen the other side of 140 since 2004. I'm just losing to a 135 lbs goal. When I reach that goal, I'm going to continue toning and increase my carbs 5 per week until I am not loosing anymore. I can safely be 125 and not be too under weight, so if I get to there I'm going to up the carbs to gain to 130-135.
I haven't lost anymore since Saturday, but that is ok. I gained some water weight due to impending tom, but I learned from reading on this forum not to be concerned with that. So, I am not.
I couldn't have gotten this close this fast without the forum. Lots of good advice and objective criticism.
