Thanks to all ... especially the www.fitday.com link ... it really was a matter of going back to first principles. My father (a doctor) had this fabulous diet that was guaranteed to work ... "eat less and move more". Well I discovered if I eat less and LC at the same time and keep moving and of course all that water ... I woke up this morning and I weighed 3lbs less.
I don't expect to lose 3lbs a day, but finally.
