Please give me cake/cookie recipes using soya flour

I just bought some soya flour in my local health food shop with the intention of cooking some yummy goodies. However, I cannot find many recipes online.

Can anyone give me some good recipes where I need to use soya flour? I am thinking along the lines of sweet cakes, cookies etc. I will be using Splenda granulated too so it needs to be a recipe that you can use the two together.
