No yoga or pilates this morning. Day off to let my muscles rest.

Yard work:
  • Weeded area for patio extention
  • Sprayed for wasps and bees
  • Bagged weeds and such (5 - 33 gallon bags) and hauled to the front.
  • Planted marigolds
  • Watered the roses, flowers and herbs.

Not bad for an hour of work.

Tea now.

I haven't had much time for exercising for the past few weeks. I have been literally jogging 1/4 of a mile 3 days a week carrying a 40 lb messenger bag and back pack. That's got to count for something! My butt and hips, especially the sides, have been as sore as hell from it.

Well done!! Heh. I think I'd fall over.

I do 20-30 minutes Standard mode on a regular basis, though.

Hi Tresor,

The name of your gym log caught my attention and then I spied DDR!!!

I just got it last week (DDR extreme 2) - also eye toy play and am waiting for eye toy kinetic to be delivered. I'm not bad at eye toy - but totally SUCK at DDR. Although it's still a work out in exercise mode even if you suck. Were you any good at it right away Even my son who is a lot more rythmic than I am - didn't do too well (although he could do pretty good with the controller instead of his feet).

Looking down a bit - yea I'd say moving furniture and that counts as a workout!!!
