Welcome Ashish

There is a entire sub- forum on diabetes here. With many threads on different subjects. Look through these: http://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=45

But to start with the basics, use these links to short explanations and two simple Diet plans:

Diet Doctor: https://www.dietdoctor.com/type-2-diabetes
Dr Hallberg: https://youtu.be/da1vvigy5tQ
Dr Westman: https://www.dietdoctor.com/lchf-dia...dr-eric-westman

Duke Clinic Diet. https://www.dietdoctor.com/se/wp-co...starch_diet.pdf
Basic low carb diet ( in 40 languages ) https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb

If you are on medications, read caution at top of the first link.

Welcome! Endless resources available here.

Do you have new recipes that are LC?

Bob's Red Mill has a number of products that I use regularly. Shredded coconut, almond meal, gluten.

I used to be a great bread baker. I gave it up. However, there are many substitutes for bread and Pasta, etc. When I make a pasta dish, I just leave out the pasta.
