Default Newbie Here - Keto/LC

Hello everyone...I'm new here but not to low carb tried Atkins numerous times in high school but never lasted even a week. Thinking on it now I feel ashamed but also empathize I was just a kid and there weren't very many good low carb options available like now. It was pretty much pork skins, meat and veggie s. I tried wheat tortillas that were reminiscent of cardboard. Fast forward to Oct. 2015 started Keto and lost 60 lbs by Christmas. Lost another 20 by May but had switched to calorie counting etc. Maintained for another 6 months then gained half back. Then May of 2017 I got serious, changed my thinking and decided it was my new lifestyle no carb could keep us apart😂. I am now down 125lbs and have a new outlook. I love low carbing my favorites, encouraging and motivating others, baking, cooking, the kitchen is my favorite place. It's funny becausd my passion for cooking and baking died with my depression it has reemerged and I now see it as an integral part of my life and future. Thanks fof listening. I'm awkward, long winded, and 🤓 but fun😎😁.

Welcome,
Very impressive, hope you will share some of your recipes here. There are so very many Keto recipe sites now, Pinterest, Instagram, cookbooks, etc. You might enjoy this blogger, as she keeps her meals under 7 g, around 20g total for the day. http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=470795
