Today I'm moving a lot of equipment, so I'd doubting I'm going to make it to the gym before it closes. I feel like ass today anyway.

Walking from one end of the campus to the other and back and stairs yesterday. Today is the first day I'm not in pain from pulling something because my (former) trainer is an idiot.

I'm going to try to get to the gym today, but I don't know if I've got practice this afternoon or not. Viva la communication.

Official exercise at the gym has been lacking, especially yesterday, but I'm making sure to run the stairs at school (7 flights to and from class and 4 flights to and from the car with fully loaded backpack).

It probably won't make that much of a difference, but it's better than nothing at this point. I'm going to try to get back to the gym consistently starting Saturday. After all the partying in the next two days (and for the past 2 days ) I think I'll need it.

Running. Lots of running. Well, at least 4 times in the past week, so not a lot but enough. Only making a 11:30 - 12:00 minute mile, but it could be worse.

About 10 minutes of that was at a 30 incline (that part I didn't run ).

While I haven't been going to the gym as much as I need to/should, I have been walking farther and taking the stairs from the 6+ floors of the buildings I'm in. It's something!
