Hi, my name is Shandy. I live in Vancouver, BC Canada. I started with the Atkins program or maybe I should say Low Carb, not sure, but I started on March 14th. I have done OK so far but I have TERRIBLE heartburn. I have been drinking lots of water.

Apparently there's something called Induction Flue, but apart from one night of leg cramps and a slight headache, I haven't had it!

So, I personally can't really help with your problem but you've certainly come to the right place!

There's lots of Info and support around here!

You could check out the Newbies' Questions forum, although I don't remember having seen anything about heartburn (I'm not even quite sure what that is! ) but that doesn't mean there's nothing there!

Besides, you can start a thread there, asking your question!
