New to site....Hello!

Hi, A quick introduction.... I have been a yo yo dieter for 20 yrs this February. I have had a weight problem since my Dad died I have gained and lost hundreds of pounds over the years need something I can stick with. Have been on almost every diet. Hope this works for me! I am nursing asked my doctor if low carb diet is o.k. he said yes. Any input I would appreciate-Thanks
