Introduction

Hello all, have been doing this WOE since May and have lost a total of 85 lbs. I thank the good doctor for writing his book and providing me with a way to improve my life. I am a type 2 diabetic but have gone off all meds with this WOE. Also blood pressure in now well within the normal range after being on three meds, I have cut back to one. My three doctors who I see on a frequent basis all have given their blessing to this WOE.
