Default Sugar for energy? Not so!

Fans of Amy Berger of Tuit Nutrition (website still being revamped as of this writing) will be pleased to see her as co-author on this study:

This was exactly my experience. The fatter I got, the hungrier I was. This explains why bystanders would mistake cause for effect. I looked like I had eaten my way into this state, which in fact my state was a reflection of my terrible hunger.
