Well I have been diagnosed with PCOS for about three months. At first, before I did my research, I was kind of devestated becuase I am getting married this year and what to have children. That is all I thought about rather than trying to change my lifestyle for myself. I got so wrapped up with having this syndrome that I kind of did think about it as a whole. I have been trying to stick to the Atkins diet, but I have cheated a couple times. I have lost ten pounds and feel a little better, but I do forget to take my medicine. Does anyone else have that problem? These last two weeks I have been real bad. I just wanted to introduce myself and if anyone wants to chat with me feel free.
