Hi all. I am a bit of a dinasour with lo carb...my parents ate this way most of their lives and so did we children. My father called it the air force diet back then (40 years ago) but the Atkins diet has really legitamized it. It hasn't stopped me from yo yoing with my weight, and this time I'm going to get it all off and keep it off! The support from y'all will help a lot.
