Default Gee-MA! You look terrific!

You should be SO proud of yourself! Wow, you've lost a ton of weight! The pics are super!

I am technologically deficient too! Maybe I'll have my husband help me post some pics.

Default Thanks ElizEllen: my husband said it was an 1/8 of a cup

So I filled a 1/4 cup half way and had a rum and diet Pepsi decaffeinated drink last night. (We were celebrating selling our house!!!)

So, I was planning to have this drink on NYEve, but I was violently sick last night! (Lost 4 and a half pounds in one day, 115.4 this AM) So, I'm not really interested in the rum right now I don't know what it was, but yuck!

Thanks athena11 I don't know why the pictures are coming out so small, I did use another program though. The old program I had to resize pictures didn't work, it kept saying "page could not be displayed".

Sorry you feel bad I sure hope you get to feeling better soon!!! Congrats on selling your house!

You Look Great! it was not long ago when I hit wonderland, It is such a wonderful feeling! that is when my grandson, Bless his tactful way of putting things, gave me a hug and said, Sashi(that is what he calls me) you are not fat now, just kinda normal! that felt really great, because Joel is very honest.

Gee-ma with fab new pix...Elle with size 10s...Amory with a new outlook and smaller measurements and NO cheating, amm0925 going to the gym (and many more people I've yet to meet passing up doughnuts and staying strong). Wow, lots of great things this new year!

I guess for me I basically maintained my weight through the holidays...with a bit of water retention that wooshed right back off the last few days. I wore jeans and tops I haven't had on in about 4 years. And I went to the gym and tried out some new exercises all by myself today! Mostly my latest success is really just a new attitude...and that's worth a lot!

I did NOT go to Krispy Kreme. I was at Office Depot and ToysRUs, which are RIGHT across from it... I could smell them... I could see them...but I didn't cave.

I'm one pound from my goal. I can't believe it. I had actually come to believe that I'd NEVER see this weight again. It's been unbelievably easy, even given the fact that I've gained and lost weight more times than I can remember. Atkins ROCKS!!
