Hello, out of curiosity would you please tell me how you got out of the turtle club. I would like to get out before I join. My weightloss is slow and would like to improve it. I have excercised, took all the supplements adkins advises, went back and fourth from induction to phase 2. How did you do it, if you don't mind me asking.

Hey Amber

I did two weeks of fat flush that I modified to be low carb. I'm now in my winter SAD season so I'm back to being a turtle. The fat flush too my hips down two sizes and they still haven't come back yet, fingers crossed.

I'm on CAD now, as you know but I plan to try it again in January if my SAD will allow. If not I'll do again in March before I start my new weight loss season.

You know from the way your post sounded I thought you had actually quit. It sounded like you got disgusted with it and went. I had the fat flush book in my hand yesterday and put it back. I figured I would give CAD a few weeks and if it didn't strike me well I would go on from there to another one. My fingers are crossed for you on the 2 size loss to the hips. Good luck on your winter SAD and thanks for the info.

Amber
