Looking for LC friendly doc in St. Louis, MO

Any fellow St. Louisan's here? I'm trying desperately to find an insurance-accepting doctor who is at least open to the idea of eating low carb, even if he/she doesn't officially endorse it.

I'm tired or arguing with or lying to doctors.
