I'm in Norfolk. I just started again and am not as close as you to my goal. But if you want to get a team together, I am here! I lost 40 pounds years ago with Protein Power but let it go and gained it all back and then some. I am starting over as of yesterday.
I know it has been a while since you posted this, but I hope you'll get it.

I'm in Virginia!

Hello there I am in Orange co. Va. Looking for all of the support that I can get. I started LC Monday and I am doing ok thus far. I feel so alone because I really have no ideal as to what I am doing. Can you share any ideals or tips? Btw how are you doing? Also I must add I am from Culpeper (Rapidan to be exact)

I love Culpeper! I'm living in Centreville right now, just moved, but still work in Culpeper.. WHAT A DRIVE! I'm not on a strict low carb diet but I do watch what kind of carbs I eat. Right now, with being on the road as much as I am and not really in my cooking grove in my new place yet, I still have gluten free pasta (I have gluten intolerance) from time to time and I love corn tortillas. But I have started working out again.. One thing I hate about VA.. Cold winters I don't even want to walk 1 minute to my gym and it's only October!
