Last night was cold sliced leftover beef tri tip with a side of 3 bean salad (green beans, wax beans, and some chickpeas, with celery, Walla Walla onion, green pepper, and a dynamite dressing, topped with chopped cilantro. link to the recipe in my J.)
Last night was an appetizer of fancy fried almonds with rosemary, followed by tuna & egg mayonnaise with American cheese and a side of lower carb 3 bean salad (recipe link in my J).
Shrimp alfredo. Last night was that zero carb pasta from Wal Mart's produce section with shrimp, bacon and alfredo sauce. The wife had the same but substituted chicken for the shrimp. We had the leftovers for breakfast.
Grabbed a black bean burger in a lettuce wrap with tomato, onion, pickle and mustard. It was definitely made there and amazing..... Until I got home and looked up nutritional info....tortilla chips were used as the binder! Grrrrr!
Oh well, moved on. Still kept carbs to 32 that day so can't undo that.
