Default calling all chefs!!!

Hi!

with the weekend rapidly approaching I could really do with a recipe for either a low carb indian style curry or chinese recipe. If no-one has any, what is 'safe' to eat from take-aways?!?!!? obviously not rice or breads!!!!

Recipe Subforums here in the LC Kitchen! PLENTY of good dishes in there, especially Indian curry conversions, already posted. Can't get much faster than that. Check out the Contents (with links) Index-y type posts stickied at the top of each Recipe Subforum, way easy to do some searching that way, start in the Main Dishes one.

Click on Kitchen:Low-Carb Recipes above (or right here, I've linked it) and you'll see all the Recipe Subforums, specifically for posting recipes.

You should have at least one dish to experiment with right away.
