Oh goodness! We have already moved into THAT time of year and I failed to throw out the inquiry as to how everyone is doing.

Not too well but not too badly yet.

No energy, more hunger, slight depression.

It's been a little rougher this year. We moved from hot Summer with lots of flare ups, 2 weeks of Fall felt wonderful, now cold and damp, having a long flare up of both fibro CFS. Full speed ahead to warm, sunny days again. Mind you, not HOT.

So far, I'm great and I have no idea why!! I didn't even start my increase in Vit D or my light because I was just feeling so well. It makes no sense to me.

A while back I saw an article on the Mayo Clinic web page about large
doses of vitamin D being as much or more help in treating S.A.D. as the
light therepy. I use it and it seems to help a great deal. I am sorry I lost
that link and couldn't find it again.
