Default Here I go....does this sound right to you guys?

Okay, so I have decided to slay this YEAST BEAST
YAY!!!!! I do have some questions and I'd really appreciate any answers or advice you guys might have.

So here is what I plan to get:

SF722- From what I understand this is an ANTIFUNGAL??? Is that correct?? If I ONLY take this (along with proper diet) will it be enough?

Probiotic - I don't know what kind. I went to one site that had "acidophilis billion" or something like that but when I looked at the ingredients one of them was STARCH! Aren't we suppposed to be avoiding that? Is there a probiotic that anyone can recommend w/o a perscription?

Garlic- fresh and maybe an extract

Also I heard that psyillisibum (sp?) husk is good for it too. I take a fiber drink called Metamucil Sugar Free, but it has artificial sweeteners in it. SHould I stop taking it?

And (sorry lots of questions ) should I rotate the SF722 and the probiotic or take them both together?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

I personally have never tried the SF722, but many swear by it. Yes, it is an anti-fungal. I prefer the term "yeast killer".

Probiotic - I wouldn't worry about the little bit of starch. Get a good quality one, Dr. Atkins says it shouldn't need to be refrigerated. I use one by Twinlab.

Garlic - I personally do not take it as a singular supp, but it is in the anti-fungal that I take. Garlic is supposed to be very good.

Yes, take a psyllium product. I take one you mix with water. Tastes awful. The capsules are fine.

Here is the protocol I would follow, but remember I am not a doctor (but I play one on tv )

Take the anti-fungal at night, along with the garlic.

Take the psyllium with every meal, or at least twice a day.

Take the probiotic in the am. Never take it with your anti-fungal, it will kill of the good bacteria.

Follow the diet!!!! Drink alot of water!! Peppermint tea helps to relieve some of the die-off symptoms. Also, I would take L_Glutamine, an amino acid, as well. I take a 500 mg capsule three times a day, 1/2 hour before meals. Candida causes alot of wear and tear on your digestive system, the l-glut. will actually heal all that. Good Stuff!

Remember, I am not a health professional. This is just what I would do if I were you. It is pretty similiar to the program I am following, and I am having good results. NO MORE sugar cravings! YAY!

You can do this!!! Good luck, kill those bad guys!!!
