I have no idea what to do seeing as I have never had this problem before! I am not even sure what is the normal amount to do, you know, in a week? But I haven't been having any! and its starting to scare me!!! HELP PLEASE!

See a doctor. Seriously.

You may also wish to give up chocolate.

Buy some no sugar added metamucil. I drink it every morning before breakfast-it helps keep me regular and it keeps me full for a very long time.
