Menu Phase 2:

B: Omlette with cheese, tomatoes and mushrooms
S: cheese string
L: Tuna salad
S: Orange and pistachios
D: Leftover thai chicken curry and broccoli/cauliflower

Water 75 floz so far
2 cups coffee

b-6 soy chicken strips and a bed of mushrooms,1c milk for tea

sn-s/f pudding

l-1 bowl of hyomemade veggie soup,hummus on cukes,&1sl l/f turkey breast on 1/2 WW BAGEL

sn-berries

d-salad with dress.,tilapia fish fillet,green beans 1/2 sweet potato

des-raspberries with lite cool whip


80 oz water[1/2 my weight] exercising 30-40 mins per day.

BF: Coffee w/ Splenda and FF 1/2+1/2, 2 Flaxwaffles w/ SF Syrup and FF Coolwhip
Snack: Proteinshake
Lunch: French Onion soup and 1/2 Sandwich (chicken on whole grain with pesto and Feta cheese
Snack: none
Dinner:
Snack:

Exercise: Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders and Abs

Meds: Lisinopril and Niacin
Supplements: Multi and Garlic

Last week of Phase 1..amen!

B: Leftover chicken breast, 1TB mayo, 1 celery stalk and a cup of romaine lettuce
2 bottles of water

L: 1 veggie hotdog, 2 mini cucumber, 7 cherry tomatoes and a boccincino (mozza)
1TB PB
2 bottles of water


S:1 cup of coffee (decaf w/ splenda)


D:2 sausages (out of their casing), 1/2 cup of mixed peppers, 1/2 mushrooms, 1/2 onions, 3TB beef broth, 2TB cheddar (made a stir-fry)
1/2 yogurt mixed with splenda and cocoa powder
2 bottles of water

(sweet tooth is in effect...TOM is arriving...grrrr)

Seem to be lots of people eating vegetarian products (chicken strips, etc.) - nice .

I'm in phase 2 and still adding stuff slowly.

B: celery, peanut butter flax seed muffin
L: Veggie crumble, veggies, spices, strawberries
S: Fiber One cereal (I eat this like popcorn, without milk - it's got a nice full crunch to it and 1/2 cup fills me up for a snack)
D: Salad with white beans, Lime creme

Drinks: water, crystal light (1 serving), coffee
